RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s) from LinksandKings.com, you may return it to us for a refund. We will refund unaltered merchandise with all labels and tags attached within 30 days of original purchase date. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Only items purchased on LinksandKings.com (USA) with valid and accompanying order information will be accepted for returns.

How To Return Order

We make reuturns simple. Please use our return portal to submit your return item(s). Once you're registered for your return, you can download and print the return label and packing slip. Pack your item(s) in a box and ship your return with the label either at a FedEx drop-off site or you can schedule a FedEx pickup at FedEx.com.

Do You Charge Me For A Return?

Returns of items purchased on linksandkings.com are complimentary; and a prepaid return label can be accessed via the returns portal.

How Can I Return Item(s) Purchased From An Authorized Links & Kings Retailer? 

For any purchases that were made at an authorized Links & Kings retailer, please contact the retailer directly.

When Can I Expect To Receive A Credit For My Return?

Please allow 14 business days for the receipt and processing of your return. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return has been completed.

 

Please note: Shipments must be shipped from inside the United States in order to be eligible for the free return shipping. If you do not use the shipping label provided, mail the package to the address below via a means that is more accessible to you. The package must be returned using an insured method. We are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries. Please note that Links and Kings is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us.

Exchanges

We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. You may return a product within 30 days of original purchase date. Please see our Return Policy above.
